Terrible service. Staff seem angry to be there. I bought the wrong charger for $115—they said I could return it or wait for the right one. When I called to follow up, I was hung up on. I’ve already spent around $1,500 here. If you need your e-bike fixed, go elsewhere or do it yourself—cheaper and less hassle. I have been dealing with Don & Marsha at Scooter World for 6 or 7 years now and have never had any issues. i have purchased 2 e -bikes at Scooter World as well as a few repairs (including flat tires). Scooter World is "the" place for e-bike sales, service and repairs. Lastly, Scooter World is an honest business that does NOT try to cheat or scam you. Being a senior, that is important to me.
