This bike shop is awesome! I brought my bike in for a tune-up, and they went through everything, fixed what needed fixing, and now it rides like brand new. The prices are very reasonable, and it has that really welcoming, small business vibe. Took my RadRover 6 Plus for a tune-up and they turned it around quick. When I brought it home from the initial tune up I noticed there were some issues. I gave the store a call and the owner encouraged me to bring it back in. I brought it back the next day and he and his team fixed it within a matter of hours. Now it rides as good as new. Kudos to you and the team for taking pride in your work.

Had an unusual part break during my ride from Cincinnati to Cleveland on the Ohio to Erie. They were able to repair the bike same day and had exactly what it needed. Many thanks to this place! Happy Trails!

My husband and I took our bikes in for our annual spring tune up! We are also converting our bikes into E-Bikes with Masons help along the way. It is our favorite bike shop in Columbus so we make a little trip from Dublin to Westerville. We highly recommend The Westerville Bike Shop!

Owner was very nice and helpful when I went in the shop. However, I asked if he could help me with a wheel build and he said yes. I called back about every week for 3 months asking if he found parts and he kept saying no and he'll call me back. It has now been over 6 months and I have not received a single call from him.
