Caution! I believe Google Reviews are important for the public. My emotions say to rank the Trek Store a “1” but a level headed review is a “3”. A consumer should be able to walk into a Trek store and trust the service recommendations. Based on my experience, I will not step foot in a Trek owned bicycle store again. We ordered bikes in May but they didn’t arrive as planned. The manager Carrie arranged for us to get rentals until they showed up. They came this week. We LOVE our Townies. Griff helped us with new helmets and accessories. He knows his stuff! Before we left the bikes got a final check up and they even put our new accessories on them. Customer service is great! We will definitely be back for servicing and future purchases. Great experience overall!
