Upcycles Bike Shop

I came to the shop for a broken bottom bracket and he did not have one in stock. He called one of the other local bike shops to see if they had one for me that would fit my bike. I highly recommend this shop to anybody. I'm from out of state and from New Hampshire is hospitality and helpfulness was above and beyond thank you very much!!!

GLAD I WENT HERE! I bought a bike at this shop and am so happy I did. They helped me select a better model for me based on my height and it was a perfect fit! It was super easy to get a repair done here as well. I was a walk in and they were super helpful and got me out the door quickly. I love riding this thing. It feels like it was made for me!

I came in with a super specific ask--a cheaper steel bike with cruiser brakes that could withstand winter snow and slush. The staff helped me find a bike that fit my needs way better than anything I had found elsewhere in the city, and they were super patient in getting it tuned up well before my purchase. Upcycles Bike Shop has the best service hands down here in Cleveland!! These guys are very knowledgeable at what they are doing! Everytime I go there, Iam in and out with no problem.
