Such great customer service, was looking to hire a mobility scooter whilst on holiday in Halifax from the UK. In the end we had to cancel our trip. But the ebike centre and Lauralee could not have been more helpful. Super easy to deal with, very responsive and so helpful.

Purchased my bike here earlier this year. They helped me choose the right one and provided all the paperwork I needed for the rebate program. Today I dropped by and was able to get quick service and pick up a few things that I needed. They installed the mirror that I bought today and I was able to get back to biking!

Big ol' 5 star review for the eBike Centre. Norman and his team are absolute professionals and their customer service is fantastic. Ordered an eBike for my workplace and upon arrival at the store I got a full demo and instructional from Norman. Noticing a tiny defect, Norman took the bike back into his shop and immediately made the necessary adjustments. Later that evening he personally delivered the bike to my home. Wow, thanks eBike Centre!

Reliable dealer, good customer service, great knowledge and honest advice when you call and ask questions, great inventory selection and so many brands and styles! They've been around for a long time for a good reason. I should have bought my 4th bike here instead of those sketchy guys over at Robertsons. Well done guys! Keep up the good work!
