Halifax Regional Municipality e-scooter pilot program location. Check HRM website for more information about this e-scooter pilot program, a partnership with Bird Electric Canada to offer both electix bikes and scooters for short term rentals. To rent a scooter or bike installing the Bird Canada app is required to book a rental. Check the app logo in the pictures. Dartmouth North is a great community for electric scooters! Make requests to HRM for bikes at this location!
