Purchased an electric trike in May. It was purchased for a senior. When we got it home she could not ride it. Contacted Wheelies within 2 days to return. Was told that because it was a special order we had to pay 239.$ for a restocking charge. Interesting since there were the same bikes on the floor for sale. Great service. Found a bike for my daughter. She was sized up to make sure it was a good fit for her. Found a bike for myself and it was put together and ready for pickup the next day.
