Very knowledgeable, and won't pressure you into buying. I just bought a Monday Motorbikes Gateway V2 from him. AWESOME E-BIKE! Alot of fun, and gets a lot of attention. My Velotric Discover 1 Plus was stolen unfortunately and I wanted to replace it quickly. Luckily, Andy had an identical bike at a very reasonable price ($240 less than what I would've paid directly from the manufacturer).
