Trek Bicycle Cherry Hill

Awesome shop! Stopped by this shop the other day when I was in the area ! I must say this was one of the nicest shops I’ve been in! The staff was very friendly and approachable! The showroom looked stunning ! When I first came in I was greeted by the store manager Adam who walked me through the store and introduced me to many new products ! I may have an e bike in my future ! Thanks Adam !

I’m a beginner when it comes to cycling & don’t know much about my new purchase. I called the store & went to meet Lawrence. He was amazing, kind, friendly, personable & extremely knowledgeable when it came down to answering all the questions i had about my bike.

Before I even made it through the door, they were already opening it for my son and me as we dropped off a bike for service. Both guys were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff. What started as a simple service visit somehow ended with me walking out with a brand-new bike for my other son! I won’t go anywhere else.

Great service and good prices. Call and asked them if they had room for a walk in to replace drop bar tape..They said yes. I went in and they took me in really quick. Great service.. but work was not so good. It looked good there but when I really took a good look at home. I could tell that tape wasn’t put in in the same direction on both sides. There were also some kinks on the wrap.. I took it else where to rewrap it.. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but there service mechanics dropped...
