Today was my first visit to Erlton Bike Shop. My experience was nothing short of spectacular. An incredibly nice gentleman helped my wife and i by fixing the brakes on my knee scooter. Not only did he complete the repair on the spot, he did so at a price that was more than fair while providing that old-style customer service that is next to impossible to find these days. I stopped by Erlton looking for a very specific bike for my son for Christmas, which they unfortunately (or fortunately) didn't have in stock. The sales associate showed me an alternative from the same manufacturer which I had concerns about. He took the bike down and listened as I went through the various thoughts I had about the bike. Our family has been longtime customers of this extraordinary GEM right in the middle of Cherry Hill. Their bike inventory and every possible accessory is enormous. The owner Rich (who took over the store after the original owner retired) is an expert in repairing bikes, as well as providing recommendations for bikers of ALL AGES and talent. Great service! Fair prices. Shop wasn’t too busy so they replaced my seat post while I waited. Aaron even came outside with me to make the final height adjustment.
