I was in today shopping for an e-bike and I was thoroughly impresed with both the knowledge and friendly, helpful demeaner of all of the staff (both Bob and Nate). Although I am not ready to buy, I will definitely be back. . . . this kind of customer service creates a memorable experience which is just as important as the product itself. AI can't give you that.
