I’ve had service done here several times, and they’ve always done a great job at a fair price. Today I needed something different. My husband was too exuberant in trying to stabilize a couple bikes in the back of my minivan, and they became stuck due to the tension in the rear seatbelts. New bike day!! Ordered this Surly Straggler and the guys here put it together beautifully. Thanks to Steve who spent a lot of time with me while I tried out several bikes. He was out in the parking lot with me checking each bike fit (in 95+ deg heat!) and really listened to my opinion on the test rides. Been to a lot of shops and this is one that truly cares how you feel on the bike above anything else. They are super knowledgeable and nice here. I love my new bike!!
