I just got my third bike from there. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. My favorite thing about them is that don't try to sneak in a bunch of crap you don't need. They do still offer as it is their job to do so. I actually trust these folks and when the time comes I would be more than happy to buy my fourth bike from there as well.
