I found it! The Holy Grail of bike shops- knowledgeable, available, easy to deal with and attentive. My Levo Turbo gets a lot of miles and after spending a few visits at the dealer that sold the bike I just hit a 'dead end' with them. They replaced all of the parts except the bad one, it seems. Josh and Hugo are super nice, really knowledgeable and take care of their customers. I bought my bike from them a couple of years ago and every time that I bring it in for repairs or service they look out for me and manage all comms with the manufacturer for warranty claims or anything else. Highly recommend!
