This is a great little bike shop, and it's my favorite shop in Durham. Their turnaround time is terrific, and the people there are super nice. They have saved me multiple times with skilled repairs prior to a big ride or after a major mechanical failure. And for such a small shop they always seem to have the random thing I need. An overall great experience with this Bike Shop. I went in this morning with my son's bike that was not shifting correctly. They made adjustments on it, showed us what they were adjusting and took the time to explain it to both of us. Fantastic customer service. We will definitely be back for all of our bike needs.

Great bike shop that’s very friendly! They showed me how to replace my tire tube. The rental bikes are a great price and have a convenient drink holder on them!

We were able to walk around downtown and explore while they fixed my back tire. When I went to pick her up, I bought some new handlebars as well and they were happy to help put them on quickly for me. The entire staff was so friendly and quick to give advice on local restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend this shop and the ...
