Trek Bicycle Chapel Hill

The most helpful and friendly staff I've ever seen at a cycling shop, hands down. I purchased a Trek Domane in October 2025 and Dan had the patience and the knowledge to talk me through options and multiple test rides. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale or upsell me on extras. The first month I had some trouble with chain rub and they tweaked it for no charge. Highly recommend Trek Chapel hill to anybody in the area!

My first time in and I was a little anxious as I am not a "bike person." Wow, I was so impressed! The staff there (shout out to Dan) were so nice, pleasant, knowledgable, patient, and listened to me. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions and were amazing to my two littles who were checking out balance bikes as I asked questions about bike racks. Amazing customer service, I will be going here for all my bike needs in the future.
