Friendly staff that gets excited about the same goofy stuff I do. I've bought gear from them before. Dropped my bike off for a tune up recently, and it's like a brand new bike. I didn't know my brakes could be that good! They are THE bike shop on Franklin, so don't make the same mistake I did and pick the first week of class to drop your bike off. You will have a bit of a wait. But that's a me problem. High quality work at a fair price.

We took our e bikes here to get the brakes and tires replaced. The process was very easy at first. The lady that helped was extremely friendly. However, we went to pick up the bikes and one of them stopped working on our way home - it wouldn't accelerate. We called and explained the issue. They told us it'd be another $200 (after we'd already spent $1,000 on the tune up) to fix the issue. Our stance was that the bike worked perfectly fine until we dropped it off at the Bicycle Chain. My bike had some teeth broken on the rear gears, then suddenly the chain started going between the gears! Beyond my pay grade, but these guys got me taken care of in no time. It had been a while, so I had them also put on a new chain and adjust everything. Great job! And fast! Thank you!

Big shout out to Patrick for getting Jackie Brown back to riding like a dream. We are out of town customers and needed our bike's bottom bracket re-hauled, Patrick and the team did an outstanding job working us into their schedule and got us back to riding.
