Collin is a very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure shop owner who takes pride in selling quality bikes without hyped up prices. He knows his products and customers very well, is very honest and personable without being critical of other shops or products. Tune up turnaround is faster than anywhere in town for really good rates. I'm very impressed--he's one of the area's best local businesses. Thanks, Collin!

Collin and the crew are wonderful to work with, they are super nice, knowledgeable, fast to greet you when you walk into the shop. Hands down the "best" well-rounded, eager to be of help bicycle shop in Billings. They will make bicycle buying a un-intimidating experience for you.

One of the workers told me it would be 59.99 dollars to clean and "check over/lube my bike", lol. While you can go to The Spoke Shop and get a better service plan for bucks more, and they can't even do in-house suspension maintenance. Poor excuse for a LBS in my opinion. Would not trust this shop unless it is for simple stuff like tubes.

Anyone in the market for a new bike or even having your old bike restored needs to go to Collin's Bike Shop! I actually didn't need anything bike related today but we bought our son's first bike there and I've been meaning to get my jogging stroller fixed. I thought it would be a good place to start. I was right! Collin was able to fix my stroller so that I can actually jog instead of just slowly walk with it before it shook like crazy. He is super nice and had us on the road quickly! Definit...
