8/19/25 I read great reviews on Chris at The Bike Shop. I am 84 yrs of age. Love my e recumbant trike. Today things didn't go well,it malfunction on me. I called The Bike Shop. Chris told me if I didn't buy from him he won't work on them. Lead me to think no one will because they are complex. Questioning that i called another. The literally said they would be pleased to work on it. To leave it there,it may take a week.

Honestly can't praise Chris over at the bike shop enough for being so accommodating and friendly. Had to get a bike assembled and tuned up for my 9 year olds birthday and he not only did what I asked but went above and beyond to ensure it was safe for the ride! He definitely takes pride in his work and should be acknowledged for it!

I was injured from a fall, and stranded in Billings because of a blown engine in my car. Chris worked with me to get my bike back to California, and to figure out how I would get home too. This was the best service I have ever had, at a moment when I really needed help. Thanks Chris and team!
