The Bike Crossing

I purchased my first ebike, (Heybike Horizon) from Bike Crossing. I picked it up today, and I am totally impressed! Customer Service is 100% AWESOME! Brian is an exemplary Person, and the shop is outstanding. Brian took extra time with me, and made sure everything on my new bike was working correctly. I absolutely love this place. I feel like I’m in there all too often. But every time I come in even when I come in like a hurricane, I am immediately helped and greeted with kindness. After getting a new gravel bike, I didn't want to see my older bike (Kona Libre CR) just sit and gather dust so I decided to have it "modded" to more of a road/bikepacking bike since it was such a comfortable bike and had a 2x10 setup. Bike tune up and clean was completed quickly and done well. The text updates on bike status were helpful and convenient. Staff was attentive as soon as I walked in.

First , I want to say that the best business that I've ever gotten from a bicycle shop is the Bike Crossing. It has always been like that! I needed a service and bar tape replaced and they jumped right on it very quickly. They have always been very kind and always polite.....and when you come out of there, you feel like you're the fastest Cyclist out there!
