It's important to point out people who rise above the norm, go the extra mile whether it's required or not...Chad (do not know his last name) in service is that guy...this man is leagues ahead of his peers in customer service, knowledge, delivery and patience.. in my opinion, if I owned a business I would fill it with people like Chad.. Andrew at GotGear is fantastic! I’ve bought two bikes from him. Both times were smooth as could be. Super easy to deal with. I also have bought all my maintenance items from their parts department (oil, filters, chain lube, cleaner, and other assorted items). Cool guys in parts too! I had a great experience purchasing my motorcycle from this dealership. Jason (Salesman) and Mitch (mgr) were professional, transparent about the listing details, and helped negotiate a great deal over the phone. Jason went out of his way to assist with shipping of motorcycle to California, he even arranged for the keys and accessories to be sent separately. There was a delay with the pickup and they kept the bike safe without any issues and were very supportive. I received the bike and ever...
