They helped repair a student’s damaged bike and had it done the same day. The owner was incredibly generous and really went above and beyond to help out. You can tell they genuinely care about people, not just business. Highly recommend this shop if you need honest, quality service.

I was looking for a particular snowboard that was sold out locally and online my local shop told me about this shop that had one in stock. I called them and they did, they allowed me to buy over the phone and shipped it to me hassle free. They had a tracking number for me very quickly and the board arrived a few days later and was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to Scott and his team.

Was hoping to leaving a good review but after fixing the issue on my own, realized they were trying to scam me all I want to say is they will take advantage of ppl that are ignorant-inexperienced like me, luckily I learned & repaired a part with no additional cost saving over $3-400. What a shame, hopefully i can find a local shop with good intentions Fyi - bike came back in worse condition. take pictures before you drop off

I highly recommend The Bike Center! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just a great group of guys who aren’t only knowledgeable, but super friendly. Stopped by to get a tube replaced on a bike, expecting to drop it off. He took care of it in 5 minutes. He saved me a trip. The service is by far the best!

Scott and his team at the bike center went above and beyond whenever I had issues with my Giant Fathom. Thankfully, the issue was covered under warranty, and they got it all sorted and ready for me to use again! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase, or even service their bike!
