Took my granddaughters bike to Billy Goat Bicycle Company for a general checkup. The gentleman working there was friendly and accommodated our request to check out the bike. He seemed knowledgeable and helped us install training wheels on the kiddos bike. Overall seems like a good shop.

Dirk is so knowledgeable. He helped guide me down the path of buying a new bike without being pushy. Moe was also great to work with in getting the right fit.

Outstanding shop! So helpful, absolutely huge selection. We needed some boxes after riding Katy Trail and they gave us boxes and set us up to fly our bikes. The owner showed us his incredible collection and we couldn’t believe how passionate he was about cycling! Amazing experience!

Cannot say enough about this great cycle shop in St Louis! I was passing through on a rode trip with daily rides along the Mississippi River, and had a nagging issue with the derailleur......I was in a bit of a hurry and owner Dirk and his great technician solved the issue in minutes and made some other critical adjustments to get me on my way. Products seem to be top of the line, but the service is what really stands out. The people who helped us both times we went in were so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Julian was even able to interact beautifully well with my 8-year-old, as it was for him that we were buying a bike. Very confident in our purchase, since we can bring it in for tuneups for the lifetime of the bike. The people know and stand behind their product; that’s for sure.
