When you start a ride on $15 24 hr explorer pass and finish the ride on minute pay they charge you the whole ride minute pay at $0.25 a minute which can cost very much money. They should cap the charge at the 24 hour pass rate but instead use predatory business model. Email them they may remove the charge and also THEY MAY NOT. BikeKC app user beware

I’m obsessed with this organization. They serve a crucial role in educating and protecting pedestrians in Kansas City. They don’t get nearly enough credit for the hard work they put in for the city. The staff is extremely small yet they manage to be outstanding regardless of how busy they are.

They had my back when I was pulled over by police for riding with my kids on my cargo bike to their school in Shawnee, KS. Michael Kelly got in touch with my councilwoman and set up a meeting with police so that I and others won't be pulled over for merely riding a bike with kids and instead enlist their support to help keep cyclists and walkers safe.

BikeWalk does a tremendous job supporting the citizens of this city. Through programs for cycling, scootering and just regular walking they are making this city safer for all of us.

An amazing organization doing tremendously important work towards badly needed safety for pedestrians and cyclists, and a more sustainable and beautiful KC.
