They’ve repaired and inspected a few bike issues of mine. In a world of so many hoops and gimmicks, their style of just immediately taking the bike to be worked on in full view of the customer is a welcome change. Patrick gets it done.. Each time that they’ve worked on my bike the eventual cost is highly reasonable. I also purchased a bike here, and they swapped the handlebars for a style that fit me better for free. All around I would recommend this shop for repairs and purchases.

This is a very welcoming and friendly place if you're just getting into cycling. My partner and I did some research initially on bikes, but nothing beats going to the experts and getting that human interaction and recommendation. Christina and the team were all very helpful in every aspect of the purchasing experience, from sizing, test rides, and expertise. We're more than pleased (ended up buying two Kona Dew's) and will DEFINITELY be back for our monthly tune-up (included for free)!

Went into the shop when they opened. Great service and very friendly. Bob worked on my bike and Pat answered my questions about possibly getting new tires on my mountain bike for trail riding. Very knowledgeable and store is put together ver well.

I am new to biking. They are always super helpful, supportive, and let me know about things my bike needs that I literally have no clue about. They've helped me cruise safely. They've hooked up a new tire tube when I got a flat, recommended better tires to help with my glass problem, and informed me of other things my bike will need.
