Thank you Jason and Theron for providing a bike shop that sets the bar in Southern Maine. Like so many others, I want to recognize an exceptional experience that truly exceeded my expectations. When I found myself in need of professional service a day before leaving on a trip to Acadia, Maine Bike Works was willing to adjust their schedule and get me up and running. Jason took the time to go through everything thoroughly and give me tons of helpful tips...so that I could enjoy my excursion...

Brought my bike for a quick fix. Turned out my bike had design flaw. Theron machined a part to fix the design flaw. I've never had such good service in a bike shop. Very impressed. Very friendly and helpful staff 👌 Lots of useful parts on hand. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get outside, be safe on their bikes.

Came across this shop’s EBay account and inquired about whether they were a licensed dealer for an open box part they were selling as this particular manufacturer requires a bill of sale from a licensed dealer in order to honor their warranty. In addition to refusing to provide such clarification, the shop sent over a reduced offer for the item in question, then let a reasonable counter offer sit until the item had sold for full price. Amateur hour reigns supreme.

I went in looking for advice on cruisers and trikes. I didn't know but that's not what they do. The gentleman that waited on me was very informative of who would carry what I was looking for. To say the least I was blown away by how nice and generous he was with information. I will most likely find a clean used beach cruiser and when it needs service I will be hopeful they can take care of it. Maine Bike Works is a place I want to support!!! I have never had that kind of customer service anyw...
