The sales team here is incredibly knowledgeable, and their service (including repairs) is exceptional! They not only recommend the right products for your needs but also provide ongoing support throughout the process. When I encountered an issue with a specific part, Bryan from the Saco store handled the warranty claim with Trek directly. He was able to handle it efficiently and got me the part at no additional cost. I’m thoroughly satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend them.

Gorham Bike and Ski Shop is the absolutely best. Their salespeople and those employees doing the ski tuning and bicycle upkeep are the best. All 5 stores are customer friendly. Everyone is so knowledgeable. You won't go wrong by being a customer!

They were very friendly and respectful. Fast reliable service and affordable for a low income budget. My wheels get me to and from work and allow me freedom that otherwise would be costly or unavailable due to how late I work, having my wheels is a must! Thanks GB&S for getting me back on the road!

First time servicing with them we bought our bikes initially a few years ago at a different store in Portland' after buying a house in York county though they where closest to us and I'm glad I gave them a try Excellent service! I made a drop off appointment the weekend before New Year's Eve and even though they had the holiday' they got it done in a timely fashion and my bike feels excellent had studded snow tires on a fat bike and I absolutely love it

I purchased the Silver ski tune with wax. Great job done by Brian and the team in Saco! Done and ready to go in 2 days!
