Very responsive via text. They fixed my Ride Panda electric bike (I haven’t tested it yet because of the weather). It was also convenient that they driver as well since there are very few rides that can carry those bikes. They also have a Rockville location as well. I wasn’t aware.

Really loved the energy of the young man that helped me. Even when there was a mix up his kindness and laid back energy made me want to do whatever was needed to fix the problem. He definitely was great and easy to work with. I love the vibes. I am grateful for my beautiful vibe put together there. 5 stars.

Good Vibes in Silver Spring. I can’t help but be impressed by Marcel, this young man. He’s incredibly thoughtful, professional, and goes to great lengths to ensure everything is perfect. He’s also extremely personable and always puts in the effort to do his best work. I will become a long-standing client with him.

DO NOT LET THEM ship your bike, unless you’d like damage. Worst bike shop ever. Definitely certain my dog would put more thought into packaging my very expensive bike. Starting with not putting a large frame into a medium-sized box. Seriously, they must erase reviews. How can this place be so highly rated?
