Brian is a talented e-Bike Mechanic and all around nice guy. My brother bought a Delorean e-Bike on Home Shopping Network and there were some issues where Delorean customer service told us to find a bike repair shop who can confirm and fix the issues. They would pay for the repair and send replacement parts. Another bike shop referred us to Turtle Rock and now the bike runs like a dream. If your e-bike is causing you any issues I highly recommend Brian.
