Pedego Electric Bikes Baltimore County

We bought my new boomerang ebike a few weeks ago but just had a chance to try it out today. Wow, what a great ride! The customer service we received from John was fantastic! He was patient and not at all condescending to me as I expressed my anxiety about upgrading to such a nice bike and my bike riding abilities. John is very knowledgeable about ebike. Becca was our guide. They both spent plenty of time explaining the ebikes to all four in our party. The tour was awesome. No one asked for a review, but I had to acknowledge what a great company and owner, John is. You cannot go wrong with buying an electric bike at this Pedego office. John knows more about e-bikes than anyone, and he will not steer you wrong. We also checked out another competitor, and they raved about John too! Even if you don’t buy a bike, you can be assured you got the straight scoop from him. 5+ stars!

John at Pedego B-more County is simply the best! I stopped in unannounced because of a slight lag I was feeling with the pedal assist on my Platinum Interceptor. John helped get the bike off my truck and took it for a ride to better understand the problem.
