10/10 experience! Purchased my first full suspension mtb here and was extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer service, knowledge, and quality. This shop knows what customer service is all about. Their team is super informative and are not pushy. They care about your experience and do everything they can to make sure it’s good. They have tons of parts and bikes in stock. I’ve bought bikes from them and visited many times for repairs. They are my go to shop! They offer several group rides for beginners to expert. I highly recommend joining a few rides and making some new pals.

Had a great rental experience for 2 bikes for my brother in law and nephew. Bikes were perfect and I got great service and attention from the staff.

5 stars for a reason! Upon entering everyone acknowledges you and you’re helped right away. This shop has a wide variety of bikes and equipment, from entry level to pro. I work out of state and was on a bit of a time crunch to get my bike trail ready while visiting home. Andrew, my mechanic was able to get the bike serviced even though it was the day of and extremely short notice on timeframe. Great pricing ,excellent customer service and awesome quality of work.
