We had the tires on my nephew’s bike replaced, and there was a mistake made on the size put on. It was a mistake that wasn’t noticeable until later. Not only was the correct tire put on, but there were a couple of gear teeth that needed straightened that were taken care of in that moment. We went in hoping to get the correct tire, but received “good old fashioned” customer service. Had the chance to visit and purchase two e-bikes today. Trace had answered questions during the week and was there to assist. Was able to ride both bikes and decided on the Aventon. He answered all questions and was just great. Highly recommend please try and support local businesses they are a dying breed.

I am not sure how much it costs for flat tire replacement for a electric bike but they did it pretty quick replacement after a flat tire for my gotrax bike including the tax for replacement I got charged for 42 dollars which I felt little expensive but it worth the time and research to get a replacement

They know there stuff and they have quick turnaround times on repairs. Prices are fair. Some repair shops don't do e-bikes but they do it all.

Great establishment for bicycle lovers in Catonsville: easy access and family friendly atmosphere. Parking behind store. Great selection. Nice courtyard in front of the store front.
