They called me same day and quoted me $35 and said it would take a few weeks for the part to come in on Amazon. I said that’s a fair price and to do the job. Avoid this bike shop if you can. I brought in my e-bike for repairs, and the woman at the counter told me they could fix it for $99. She even said they’d reassemble the bike and take care of the light too. A few days later, we got a call saying it was ready—but when we showed up, they charged us $120. Turns out, she told the mechanic not to fix the light at all, even though she said she would. When I asked the mechanic why it cost more, he said she told him just to reassemble and tune the bik...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... I TOOK MY ELECTRIC SCOOTER TO THEM TO CONNECT THE WIRES BACK TO THE BATTERY BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO.. IT WAS UNHOOKED BECAUSE I PUT A NEW TIRE ON THE BACK HAD DISCONNECT BATTERY TO FO SO .. ANYWAY THEY SAID THERE MECHANIC COULD FO THE JOB . THE LADY CALLS ME AND DAYS THEY CAN'T FIX IT DUE TO WHEN THEY CONNECT THE WIRES THEY SMOKE NOTHING OF THAT EVER. HAPPENED AT ALL .. Honestly, I wanted to give them one star, but that’s not an option basically I called to ask if I could sell a bike was told yes I have paid over $500 for side bike. They said they would give me a good price come to find out when I go into the physical store. They tell me that they’ll give me $20 for it then straight out refuse to do that and said they couldn’t do anything and that they weren’t gonna accept it
