My overall experience was good. I ordered my bike and I had to wait two weeks for delivery to the store. Initially, I was told that I would receive a text to my cell phone number when the order would be shipped, which was not the case so I had to call in several times. And in addition I called in several times to ask for the availability of certain equipment, and I was met with some resistance which I wasn’t happy with, but since I had already done business with the store I brushed it off. I've had some pretty bad experiences at Ace Wheelworks. Wheelworks Too has been lackluster too but they were selling a part at a price I could not resist so I gave them another try. While I was at the shop I figured I'd have the mechanic look at my troublesome derailleur. He told me I needed a new chain and a tune up. I stopped by to pick up an air pump. Since during the pandemic there were no customers allowed inside, there was a long line for bike repairs/purchases out front. The lovely staff in the back helped me out. They grabbed a pump for me and processed my purchase within minutes. They were so friendly and helpful! Thank you Wheelworks, you made my day! Very friendly staff and great kind. You can find appropriate bikes for your kids. Especially Trek and Specialized.

Bought a bike there for my daughters birthday. Great experience at first and very helpful during purchase. But a month later when the bike broke, they’re not helpful at all - best they can offer is a shop appointment two weeks out. I’d rather do business with someone more willing to stand behind what they sell.
