Got an amazing deal on a Ridley Kanzo gravel bike. Nick and Max were super helpful in making sure I had the right size frame. This was my first new bike in 35 years, so I appreciated the expert guidance and relaxed atmosphere. I've been riding the new bike for a week and absolutely loving it! 10/10 would shop here again.

Having flown in from Tucson, AZ, I was in Massachusetts to ride Second Summer Cycle on Cape Cod. My travel bike's rear derailer hanger was damaged in transit. It was suggested I call Wheelworks to see if they had the hanger in stock as my bike is not a name brand. It turned out they had two in stock. We LOVE Gary Wood and the folks at Belmont Wheelworks. We met when my son (who has Cerebral Palsy from a stroke in utero) was in his first bike race-- Gary helped us adjust our bike before the race. I am compelled to write my first review of a business ever after a trip to Wheelworks Belmont today. I was a walk-in repair customer expecting to leave my bike for several days, but thankfully Ben was able to help me right away. He took care of the issue I was having and found all kinds of other little things that he was able to repair and improve. We have scored two really good deals on bikes from Wheelworks and both times have been a great experience. The employees took time to bring out multiple bikes to make sure they fit correctly and felt good. I also bought a new handlebar with my bike and they installed it for free the next day. The mechanics built up the bikes really well too (made sure there was enough slack in the cables so they didn't rub the frame, etc). Definitely my favorite bike shop in the Boston area!
