Heartland Bicycle

I have been a customer for a number of years and have always had great service. I've bought three bikes from them and have always found them helpful and willing to help with advice or service.

I went in to have my tires replaced. Ready next day. To my surprise they even secured anything loose. Gave it a showroom finish. A superb place of business.

We called to ask about a bicycle part and the man that answered the phone was rude and short with us. Trying to get us off the phone quickly. I will never give them any future business.

Heartland bicycle is a great shop in an amazing location. The selection is awesome and you can spend hours looking at all the great bikes. Byron (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love the attention to detail that you get when you bring your bike in for service. I have bought 4 bikes over the years from Heartland.
