03/05/26 ☆☆☆☆☆ First visit...five star service. They got me the correct bike for my needs, checked out and loaded up and headed home with my new bike. Even caught it on sale because it was the 2025 model. So I didn't care about that. But it saved on me a lot of money, and I got the color I wanted. If you're in need of a bicycle please go talk to these people they are wonderful very knowledgeable, and we'll get you a great deal on a wonderful bicycle. Shop local.

They have an in-house bike repair, and the turnaround time is better than I've ever seen. They have every type of bike, so this place is for everyone. Patrick is the best! He is very knowledgeable about all things bike related and will geek out with you if you want to learn more about the specifics. I needed a new stem for my mountain bike and he was able to help me get the right size! If you want to support local this is the place to go! Ps. If you are nervous about going into a bike store because you’ve previously have gone to stores where the employees give off elitist attitudes you really don’t have to worry about that at bike x-change....

Visited Bicycle X-Change for one of my classes at WSU and I was thoroughly impressed! Patrick is very knowledgeable and approachable, the wealth of information he has on every facet of cycling imaginable is clear, and on top of that all he is a hoot! I plan on coming back very soon to repair my bike or maybe a new one to enjoy this weather!
