UPDATE. I put 1 mile on it since purchase. Motor started back firng and its hard to start. Made a service appt.to have them look at it. I could see if i had put a bunch of miles on it since purchase. The only time i rode the bike was when i test rode it .weather has been too bad to ride it or even to get it registered.so i paid 3,000 dollars for a bike i cant ride until i dish out even more money to have fixed. If you cant service a suzuki you should not sell them. New, used, or otherwise.

Fantastic motorcycle dealer who puts the customer first! I ordered a motorcycle from Letko Cycles but, my mistake, I ordered the wrong spec. Chance and the team at Letko understood and went to great effort to ensure the transaction was reversed before the bike was shipped. This was my mistake and I am grateful to Letko for understanding.

Brought them my new-to-me used 690 to have it fully serviced and checked out. They did an amazing job. Setting the appointment was easy, and they were very thorough and professional with the service. Friendly, knowledgeable, laid back, no pressure, super helpful. Lots of pretty bikes to drool over while I waited, too. I'll definitely be back for my next service!

Love to talk to Jimmie. I was sad they couldn't help me and I was mad about the lost time, but its hard to be mad at someone like Jimmie. AND he said he owed me one and he would help me however he could in the future. They must be doing it right cause they got a lot of bikes.

Couldn’t find a part anywhere near Okc, called Letko & they had it. Super nice guy at Letko was able to get down to ship part overnight for us so our kid could make his race this weekend. This kid has worked so hard to get ready for this race, you made his week! Thank you so much! We have friends in Olathe & will be stopping by Letko Cycles when we’re in town next.
