Bought a Nakto bike. The quality of the bike seems okay. Here's the problem, though. I was not allowed to test ride the bike. Should have been a red flag for me. Second red flag should have been that they made me sign to buy it as-is. I bought it anyway. Rode it about a mile with only the throttle (no pedaling). Once I peddled, the left side immediately fell off and it was marked with the letter "R" for right. Having places I needed to be I decided to try to go back and talk to them the next...

This place ever open? My dad and I dropped off his ebike to get the inner tubes replaced a few months ago at this point .. they took my number said it would be a day or so and about 40 bucks... I have gone to the store 4 times now and it's never open. Today the front door was unlocked and all the lights were off and no one in the store.. I just want my dad's bike back. They never gave me a number to call and they don't have one listed...

Really awesome experience here. The staff was super helpful and knew a lot about all the different e-bikes. They didn’t pressure us at all—just answered our questions and let us test ride a few bikes to see what felt right. You can tell they actually care and want you to find the right fit. If you’re thinking about getting an e-bike, definitely check this place out!

This place is as shady as hell. Nobody speaks English. Nobody greets you at the door and the bikes are way overpriced. Avoid this place at all cost avoid this place at all cost avoid this place at all cost. I cannot repeat this enough. What a joke of a store

Nice and big store! A lot of options here. Friendly staff and no-pressure service. They let me test ride the E-bike I like, all the buying process was easy and smooth. Highly recommend!!
