The people here amazingly friendly and helpful. The caliper was rubbing the rim of my rear tire and they fixed it easily. I can't recommend them enough, they are genuinely good people that want to help.

Super friendly and helpful. Was able to fix my brand new e-bike front tire wouldn’t inflate . Brought it in yesterday and it was ready to be picked up today. I bought the bike through VoroMotors online, which no longer has a location in Hawaii, and Voro wanted me to take a video of me trying to inflate my tire because “policy”. Tradewind detour took care of me no questions asked! Highly recommend for service, upgrades and more!
