Stopped by with my bike, no realizing I needed to make an appointment but the staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in was greeted warmly. The repair guy was very calm and cool & offered to look at it even though I didn’t have an appointment. It was a very quick fix, less than 10 minutes!

Thanks to Kelly and Alex. Customer service is on point! Was able to purchase my first Eride Pro SR with some upgrades and I rode it home. I highly recommend to get all your bike needs from this establishment (ebikes, pedal bikes, and anything in between)

Much better experience than some years ago. I think this is a new crew. Michael’s the manager who greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was friendly, polite and helped me right away. Dennis came over and together they were very helpful with my concerns and questions with packing my bike for shipping. I highly recommend them. I’m glad I gave them another try. Mahalo guys!

Great customer service. I had a great time exploring around and asking questions about different brands. Things are a little expensive, but it just the reason for Hawaii.
