Renting road bike two years in a row for Pali roundtrip. Great condition bike for a reasonable price. Quick and friendly service Wish they be also at waikiki. But taking lyft to them is not an issue. Also selling energy bars and water to give you a fuel for a long and magical ride through heaven on earth

Had interactions with the service department and store manager. Both were rude and unhelpful. No wonder this bike store is always empty of customers.

Rented road bike for five days during recent vacation in Honolulu. Easy process to rent online. Bike was ready and in good condition when I arrived. Shop offered discount when I returned the bike a day early. Biking across Honolulu was more limited than expected, but enjoyed a few rides around Diamond Head. Great place to rent a bike if you have the jones while on holiday!

Been coming here for over twenty years. One of the salesmen at this location has an attitude that ranges from (almost) pleasant to completely miserable, depending on which day you catch him. Fortunately, he was not here today. Instead, David was at the front, and was personable and knowledgeable. Sly and the other mechanics are always welcoming and helpful.

These guys took good care of me. I was having an issue with my E-bike. I dropped it off and it was fixed and ready to roll within an hour. Super happy with their service.
