The staff has very poor salesmanship and customer service. Came in with a beater, asked what they would recommend to get it going and it seemed like the people working the sales floor had little to no knowledge on bike parts nor interest in providing resources or an option to wait for the bike mech. I will say the bike mech that came in probably after or around 5:30pm(friday) was amazing, knew his stuff and was able to help out. I bought a helmet from an online store and it just arrived yesterday, but they sent me the wrong model. I've already sent emails and they haven't replied, and there's no option to exchange it. I think you should improve your online customer service and check your emails. I would really appreciate your help.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the new location at the bike factory. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me, and there was no aloha expressed. While the store has a good selection of products, the poor customer service will keep me from returning in the future. It’s a real shame.

Howzit, from Georgia.. I bet I should buy a Sunday Model-C out there. I’m not going to try to take the only one I have on the belly of an airplane. But I can hardly wait for whenever I can get back out there!

Bought a trek bike i had to bring it back to store 2 times to adjust it but they could not fix it or return my money.I do not reccomend at all.
