I had a great experience at this shop when I went there to buy a bike recently. They were super patient and helpful. I test rode about five bikes and asked questions and had all of them answered with care. I needed a quick hydraulic brake bleed for a “new to me” (ebay) VanMoof (Dutch) e-bike I recently purchased. I called Tom’s and Jan answered, told me he could get me in without a wait (on a Friday morning). He was good to his word and did an excellent job getting my brakes all tuned. Also gave the bike a quick checkup, all within 45min of when I arrived. Tom and I talked a bit while I waited, great small business owner. I strongly encourage you to try Tom’s!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a bike shop. Just moved here. Had my bike tuned up, it came out beautiful. They even took the time out of their busy schedule to help teach me how to put a bike rack on my car that I just got so I can travel to all the cool parks and trails where I live. So happy with the results and price is reasonable. I will always choose Tarpon Tom’s for excellent customer service hands down.

My husband Anthony and I just had our 22 year old Giant bikes completely serviced at Tarpon Tom’s in Tarpon Springs. Yanni is the best! He fixed both of our bikes and did an amazing job.
