got a flat on the trail and had it "fixed" by this store. when I got it back right at close I noticed it was grinding extremely bad and that it was underperforming with power (ebike I use for work) and it took me 1 1/2 hours to get home that night because the chain kept getting stuck and the bike would barely go over 15. I took it back the next day and asked if I could just have it adjusted so it would atleast stop grinding and was told that it's normal all ebikes do that, and that I'm to big...

Walked in asking about the Pinellas Bike Trail (where can we park our car, where are trailheads, etc). Owner was rude, dismissive and said he had no idea where we could start the trail. Really?? You own a bicycle shop in a town that advertises a fabulous bike trail and you have no idea where the trail can be accessed from your town? Sir, if your business fails it is absolutely because of your attitude.

Stopped by while riding on the trail today because my friend lost a bolt on his bike rack. We were hoping to just buy a bolt and get on our way. When we initially walked in, I don't know his name, but he told us we couldn't bring our bikes in. Then immediately said that it would be weeks before he could put a bolt in. In the end he said he didn't have time to look to see if they had one. I've never had such an experience at a bike shop before. Would not recommend.

I was one of Eddie's first customers when he first opened up. After reading the reviews, I'm disappointed at all these people that expect Service as they drive in the door. It's a bike shop, not a 7-Eleven. Eddie is the most knowledgeable biker and bike racer in the county. I would gladly buy a bike from Eddie, as he's a great guy with a great bike shop. I'll be back that's for sure he's right on the trail!

We are avid riders and enjoy visiting + supporting local bike shops. Walked in with the intention of buying a couple of accessories for my e-bike. Walked out with nothing. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Loved our first visit to Pinellas Trail and Tarpon Springs but will not be going back to Neptune Cyclery.
