Customer service is top tier. After talking and taking the test drive I bought one. Bought the upgrade on better tires as well and got the helmet on the house. Did I mention they also service and build the ebikes and escooters on site.Rode it from their shop in Lakeland to my home in Winter Haven which is 27 miles with a quarter of the battery life left. Overall was worth every penny.
