Had the bike I wanted at a great price. Had all the accessories I needed. But most importantly, Rob was super helpful throughout the process and, since I had to drive from a couple hours away last minute, he stayed late after closing and spent over an hour ensuring I was completely equipped and set up. This was on Thanksgiving Eve, mind you. Not sure you could ask for a better overall experience. Took the bike out today and it was awesome! Thanks Rob and Trek Gainesville!

Rob and his team are providing a great service for anyone looking at a Trek. I recently purchased my first gravel bike and had a lot of questions/concerns. Rob was able to talk me through a lot and ensured my needs were met. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell a bike. I would absolutely recommend them.

They work on every make of bike! They're very professional and have 24 hour service turnaround for most services. Trek has the BEST product policies and support. If you need parts and repair, or regular maintenance service they make it right. I had forks fitted here on my restoration when I didn't have the right tools for the job. Glad to see factory support here for world class MTB trails. Got to test ride this Fuel EX-e in gorgeous metallic Hex Blue pearl.
