Had a great experience here. Needed a rear tube and tire on my xpeak. Told them I live over an hour away and was hoping it would only take a couple hours. He had it done in a half hour! Super friendly and knowledgeable (and cool building and murals). Won't be taking my bike anywhere else!

Great customer service. They replaced my flat tire same day I waited in my car and they helped me load it back in. Best service I’ve had in Gainesville for my bike. Definitely recommend them !

These guys are the real deal. I stopped by their shop just to check them out and spoke with the two guys working there. Both of them really knew their stuff and they were super friendly. This is a real e bike shop not just a bicycle shop that carries a few e bikes.

Went in and had an absolutely lovely experience. Managed to crash a bike on my test ride. Chose to buy it afterwards(no pressure from staff at, I just felt terrible destroying a small business’ property annd sticking them with the bill. I was already there to buy a bike either way well) and had a great time speaking with Houston.
