My family has 2 of these, we love how compact and light they are. Powerful enough for hard spots. We took them to Paris and they were great, but the airline literally destroyed them coming home. One had to be completely replaced...the other was repaired. Venom was awesome during this process and worked w the airlines and myself to get all parts needed. I recently detached my headlight wires by mistake, so I figured I'd text to see if anything could be done to fix it. I received a text back in short order and I then sent a few pics as to the problem. It was determined what I needed and was told I'd receive a brand-new light and wire plug-in.
