We recently bought a $2,850 trike from e-bikes. We then came back and we're going to buy one bike for our youngest son and then he gave it to our youngest son. The owner Michael and only made us pay $300 for a $600 bike for our oldest. It included two new helmets, two new locks. Also, with my husband's bike it included two new seats. Worst experience. Customer service sucks. Mechanics suck. Had a flat tire took back for them to replace not only did they cause me more issues with my bike. Now I have missing bolts and lose bolts as well as no breaks. Trying to get in touch with the shop to schedule repairs is impossible. Spend thousands of dollars just for them to ruin my bike. Highly do not recommend! You can answer this but not the phone to fix my bike. Not a fake review I’ll post photos.

Ernie and his team have always been there to help out w my rental, I finally saved up enough to buy an e bike. They made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions let me test the bikes I was interested in and they let me know they're always there to help if needed. Scale 1 to 10 definitely a 10. If you're going to buy an e-bike, I would go to this location they have so many to choose from and the best part is the bedside manner A+.
